Chelly M. Roush graduated from Northwestern Michigan College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. Chelly is also a Certified Public Funds Investment Manager. Prior to joining Wilson Kester in 2012, she was employed by Leelanau County for sixteen years; the last four as the Leelanau County Treasurer.

Jodi Voss

Paralegal

Jodi has over 20 years of experience, primarily in family law. After completing the Legal Assistant Program through internship at Northwestern Michigan College, she began her legal career. Jodi uses her considerable multitasking skills and client service experience to help families in transition by providing detailed support to the attorneys and clients. From complex cases to simple uncontested divorces, she is involved from beginning to end. Jodi assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters. She also maintains document production and the client case file, and is integral in preparing for mediations, case evaluations, hearings and trials.

As a true native of Northern Michigan, her favorite free time activities include: camping, snowmobiling and cooking. She also enjoys being with family and friends, and attending her grandsons’ sporting events.

Leslie Bilbey

Legal Assistant

Leslie Bilbey joins the Wilson Kester team with an extensive background in public relations and office management. Leslie attended Central Michigan University and brings valuable experience as the former Director of Events for the statewide event platform, SwingShift and the Stars. Leslie joined the Wilson Kester team in July 2017.
